Why did we pick the business name 9 Silent Whispers?
When my new partner (Shayne) and I first met he lived in house number 9 and I lived in a different town in house number 9. When we moved in together it was house number 9. We decided then 9 must have some influence in our lives so when picking a business name we felt 9 needed to be in it.
While studying my Diploma in Holistic Counselling I learnt about numerology. It turned out both our Life Path numbers (birth DD/MM/YYYY) related to 9. One of the characteristics of number 9 is “open house, for anyone in need”. This is how I viewed our business. I had others say “9 means the end of the journey which is bad. I see it as we finally found our path in life’s journey. This is what we are meant to do.
My vision was to open a healing centre where I could practice Holistic Counselling and Reiki plus sell products used in healing sessions. Silent Whispers was decided due to the counselling/reiki (healing side). I felt people who needed or wanted help felt silenced and frowned upon from the “normal” population (whatever that is supposed to be). So our name was born. 9 Silent Whispers.

I have been studying information on gemstones/crystals for the past 10 years. It is really important for us that you receive the correct information and best quality as possible.
With every gemstone you purchase from us we give you an information note and pack it in a beautiful gift bag so you can identify them easily.
If you every have any questions about products before you purchase them I am always available via the "chat button" or contact page.
Protecting our environment and our children's future is very important to us. We use recycled or recyclable packaging where possible. Unfortunately to prevent breakage of some precious items we still need to use bubblewrap. We are working on this and mostly reuse bubble wrap that we receive in our deliveries. It is also important for us to support other Australian businesses, so we use Australian businesses for our products, delivery and packaging as our first choice when possible.

How Do I Place An Order?
Ordering is easy. Just add items to your cart as you shop. When finished you can select to Go To Cart to arrange payment. In your cart you can opt to delete any items if you wish, go back to more shopping, or finish and make payment.
To make a quicker selection you can click on the "search" bar and enter the item you are looking for. Or click on the category you desire on the menu bar (e.g Jewellery, rings).
It would be a shame if you didn't take time to browse through all the categories as you may miss out on something special.
Delivery Times and Fees
We will pack and post your items within 2 business days. We use Australia Post mostly. You should receive your delivery within 2 to 10 working days once posted. Rural and remote areas can be up to 20 working days.
The times above are pre Covid-19 and delays may occur during these times. We will still pack and ship your order within 2 days but can't guarantee delivery times.
During Covid-19 Australia Post announced they have been experiencing some delays. You will receive a tracking number with Pack and Post items. Please contact us on email@example.com if you have concerns regarding late delivery.
Our Delivery costs are a flat $9 fee for orders under $80. We offer free delivery for items $80 and above. Delivery costs are high in Australia and we absorb some of the costs without adding it onto our prices in most cases.
Please make sure you give correct/sufficient address details. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or failure to pickup from Post Office, we will contact you to organise your item to be reposted at your expense.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. We offer a range of payments options to make it easier for you when shopping. We offer Square (Most Credit or Debit Cards), Paypal, LayBuy and Afterpay.
Once your payment has been received your order will be shipped within 2 working days.
LayBuy and Afterpay are options to allow you to buy now and pay instalments. It can be approved within minutes when applying at cart.
Returns & Refunds
Our commitment is to provide you with quality products.
Items on sale, earrings or change of mind will not be refunded so please select carefully before making your purchase.
We take great care packing your items before shipping as we know nobody likes to receive damaged goods. If you received your delivery and it is damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please take photos of the goods and packaging and email to email@example.com with your concerns. We will contact you regarding further actions before returning items to us.
Returning goods is at your expense if prior arrangements have not been agreed to. If you have a PayPal account you may be able to make a claim for Returned Shipping through PayPal if you have registered for this option prior to your purchase. For more information click here
If you are approved, your refund will be processed back to the payment method used on purchase minus any returned shipping costs if applicable.

At no time do we store you credit card details. We use PayPal which is a secure gateway payment system.
